Investigate the suspicious incidents with Hillary Clinton in 2016 and recently with Jerry Nadler. These incidents might have been arranged by the hostile Intelligence Services and/or the Mob possibly with the use of the new and secretPortable Directed Energy Weapons which could be easily concealed as the video equipment at the public events and press conferences. All public figures might be potentially at risk. This was done for the Social Media Impact and Manipulations: to present these politicians as "weak, sick, disabled and ineffectual", and these images can have quite powerful effects on the immature audiences, both generally and politically.
Attention FBI, again: these incidents have to investigated very thoroughly by the good criminal detectives, they exhibit some common features and clues, as was described in the previous posts.
Hillary and Jerry look like they are in the very similar mental state in these episodes, which can be described as the Disorientation and Confusion, possibly deepening into the state of Prostration.
This mental state could hypothetically be viewed as the possible effect of these weapons.

Apparently, and this is the logical conclusion, someone does not like A: Speed Cameras and B: increase in their use in NYC, and this "someone" with this type and style of capabilities could only be one entity: the MOB, either by itself or as the hired hand, including its use as the cover. The object of the hypothetical attack, Mr. Nadler, is from the same political camp as Mrs. Clinton, and the timing was chosen, it appears, to present them publicly as the "weak" persons, at the times when they handle huge responsibilities. This political context and emotional, mass propaganda type of the subtext are evident, with the mocking and ironic, in this setting, slogan: "Speed Cameras Save Lives".
I repeat my suggestion made earlier: these two episodes (which start to form a pattern) should be investigated very, very thoroughly; and I hope that FBI knows how to do it. The use of the new directed energy portable weapons disguised as the video equipment at the public events represent the new types of risks to potentially all public officials regardless of political affiliations and they are the potential threats to governing and public safety.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff on Friday warned the FBI and U.S. spy agencies that President Donald Trump is trying to “politicize” U.S. intelligence and law enforcement.

Schiff criticized Trump for giving Attorney General William Barr “sweeping” powers to declassify or downgrade the secrecy of government reporting while conducting what the Justice Department is calling a “review” of “intelligence activities” related to the 2016 U.S. presidential election campaign.
In letters to agency heads, Schiff said May 23 orders from Trump telling them to help with Barr’s review was “an effort by the President and the Attorney General to politicize the IC (intelligence community) and law enforcement, to deligitimize a well-founded investigation into the President, and to attack the President’s political enemies.”

These portable devices, especially if they are custom made or modified, could be disguised easily as the balky professional optic video recording equipment (they look like regular optic devices), and as such they are very easy to aim directly at the targeted victim in the plain public view, without arousing any suspicions.
Were the effects of this hypothetical operation assessed statistically, with regard to Hillary's poll numbers at that time? No, they were not. And they should be. This occurrence might have the same significance as the October 28, 2016 Letter and the NYTimes article about no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion about 1 week prior to the Election Day.
FBI, are you going to investigate this? Or are you going just to disregard this, as always?
