M.N.: Was the hypothetical effect of the portable directed energy weapons considered by the investigators as the possible explanation, as was described in the earlier posts which recorded my observations on the very suspicious incidents with:
- Hillary Clinton brief fainting episode on 9/11/2016 Ceremony,
- Jerry Nadler brief disorientation episode requiring hospitalization and medical check-up on 5.24.19 at the "Speed Cameras Save Lives" meeting with De Blasio,
- Possibly, the strange death of Mohamed Morsi,
- And now, the repetitive brief episodes with Angela Merkel, two recent ones within the last 10 days, of the uncontrollable, public, quite visible, whole body shakes while standing, without loosing balance, which have to be evaluated in details by the neurologists.
As I mentioned earlier, I think that the FBI should pay very close attention to these matters and to investigate them thoroughly and accurately.
The occurrences with Merkel should be viewed in the perspectives of the political situations in Germany and Europe.

If, hypothetically speaking, these recent events in Germany, including the political murder of Lubcke and possibly, hidden, surreptitious, physical attacks on Merkel with the new type of weapons, are the products of the incitement or arrangements within the aggressive Rightist Movement, as Merkel blamed them herself, then it is logical to suppose, that at least theoretically, these political operations might originate from the Left, to present the Rightists as criminals to the voters, and to push the voters away from them.
In this case the New Abwehr, if it exists in any way, shape, form, or apparition, most likely did play a role in these mass spectacles, according to their newly (after WW2) found affiliation and alliance with the German and the Global Social Democracy and the German and the Global Leftist Movement. There are a lot of "ifs", and a lot of unknown in all of that, and the investigators should thread very carefully.
The "connections" of the referred above incidents with the political events, political contexts, and political subtexts appear to be quite obvious.
